Caitlin Baker

Caitlin is a 4th year PhD candidate in Physics with research in condensed matter and materials. Her research focusses on the interaction of harmful atmospheric gasses with nanostructure modified semiconductor interfaces. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Physics from Belmont University, where she also studied Classical Music Performance. Her interest in problem solving and business strategy led her to co-found the GT PhD2Consulting Club and now serves as the Secretary/Treasurer. She is also participating in a community volunteer consulting group. Outside of school, she enjoys rock climbing, weightlifting, and horseback riding.
