Caitlin de Krom

I have been working as a shift supervisor for Starbucks for two years. Working in this position has taught me how to give performance feedback to fellow partners, manage the floor smoothly, provide legendary customer service, place store orders, and solve any problems within the store. It is my goal to move forward within the company to a position with higher expectations and more responsibility.

I plan to start my own business that plans events and weddings. I have always had a passion for arranging events. I have great organizational skills and can keep a calm demeanour during stressful times; which will help make my future business successful.

I am currently enrolled in the Business Management and Entrepreneurship program at Algonquin College. Once completed I will continue on to the Event Management program to increase my knowledge within the field and gain some experience to help me succeed.
