Cait Lindsey

Cait began her journey studying movement after being very active growing up playing lacrosse, hockey, speed skating, weight training, and running. After taking her first Pilates class at the age of 18, she instantly fell in love and knew that she had found her passion and would become a teacher of this incredible method.

In 2008, Cait began teaching after completing a 300-hour apprenticeship in Florida. With a strong desire to learn more she moved to Boulder, Colorado to attend the most comprehensive training programs in the country at The Pilates Center. While she was in training she continued to teach at various places such as the Colorado Athletic Club, The University of Colorado, and small, locally owned studios in Boulder and Denver, Colorado. By 2011, she completed a 1000-hour Advanced Teacher Training Program, and followed her dream to become a full-time teacher.

Cait's passion for teaching is apparent in each of her classes. She is a fun, energetic, fluid based teacher with a strong emphasis on alignment and building core strength. She loves helping her students achieve their goals and transform themselves.

Cait continues to study with Master Pilates and Yoga teachers, attends workshops, and has experience working with people who suffer from past and present injuries. In Summer 2012, Cait began studying Yoga and completed a 220-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program at OM time in Boulder. She continually deepens her own evolution as a teacher through her own personal Yoga and Pilates practices, study of movement, love for anatomy, and passion for helping people.
