Over the course of her career, Equality Charter School Executive Director Caitlin Franco has shared her commitment to student success with scholars, faculty, and colleagues. Caitlin Franco is certified as a trainer in a number of educational and school leadership strategies, including Common Formative Assessments, Engaging Classroom Performance Assessments, and Decision Making for Results.
Ms. Franco has also trained in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and Jack Canfield's Breakthrough to Success, and has earned her certification in the Schools Attuned to All Kinds of Minds program. Adding this specialized training to her decade of work in New York City schools, Ms. Franco has a history that includes being an English teacher at Opportunity Charter School and an English and elective teacher at the Bronx Leadership Academy II.
