Since 2004 Caitlin Monck has served her alma mater, Brooklyn Law School, in various roles. The New Jersey resident began as a special events coordinator, then earned a promotion to director of alumni relations. Today she functions as director of alumni relations and special programs, having taken on the role in 2016. Caitlin Monck oversees a network of more than 23,000 alumni as well as the alumni relations budget. She creates programs, such as professional development initiatives, to keep alumni engaged and active. She also developed the Recent Graduate Council and the Women's Leadership Network for additional professional development opportunities. Further, she works with current students through the Office of Career and Professional Development on the Alumni Mentor Program.

Before settling in New Jersey, Ms. Monck studied French civilization as an undergraduate at Georgetown University and spent a year studying abroad in Paris, where she was an English/Culture teacher. She earned her juris doctor from Brooklyn Law School, serving as associate managing editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. She also worked as an associate with Goodwin Procter LLP in New York City, where she focused on litigation and corporate matters.
