I'm a communications professional with a passion for finding the right message for the right audience.

With two years' experience as a newspaper reporter, loving every minute of chasing stories and racing deadlines, I moved to Canada and started working on B2Bs and industry publications, mostly in an online format. From real estate and mortgages to HR news, the role required quickly learning the ins and outs of industries.

Now I oversee HRM Online - a news and information site for human resources professionals. With input from some of Canada's top companies, we've built a strong base audience and receive more than 15,000 visits a month. Not bad for an eight-month-old!

I'm passionate about sharing ideas and find the right words to tell the story.

My other passions (which I sometimes get to combine with writing, either personally or professionally) are travelling to new places, reading innovative and engrossing books, and investigating environmental and social issues.
