Caitlin Pilgrim

My name is Caitlin Pilgrim I am a sophomore from Hartland, WI. I am a pre business student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I hope to double major in Marketing and Management & Human Resources.

I’m very interested in working for General Electric. I understand that the biggest issues in Marketing and Sales sector is the competitive nature of the program and the challenges to diversify one’s self as a candidate and I believe that versatility and determination can be a valuable asset. My flexibility and fortitude can help General Electric’s Experience Commercial Leadership Program because the trends, campaigns, markets and competitors are constantly changing and I am able to adapt.
