Caitlin Thibault
Student Teacher and Tutor in Fairfield
Caitlin Thibault is a Fairfield University graduate student currently in pursuit of establishing herself as a secondary education mathematics teacher. While completing her Master of Arts (M.A.) in Secondary Education - Mathematics, Thibault currently works as a student teacher and tutor with a focus on math in elementary education.
After completing her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics with minors in Economics and Educational Studies at Fairfield University, Caitlin Thibault decided that she wasn’t quite ready to put her stag days behind her. Continuing with her education at Fairfield, Thibault is now a graduate student pursuing an M.A. in Secondary Education - Mathematics. At this stage in her career, the aspiring secondary education student teacher has had the privilege to work directly with students at the elementary, middle and high school levels. Through the experience, she has learned a great deal about how students learn at different grade levels, depending on their ability and experience within the classroom. Thibault genuinely looks forward to being able to make a lasting and positive impact on the lives of her students, just as her own teachers impacted hers.
