Caitlyn Worledge

Caitlyn is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received both her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Counseling from the renowned programs at the University of North Texas. Caitlyn has experience counseling individuals and groups in a variety of settings including private practice, treatment centers, colleges and universities, community agencies and non-profit agencies. Caitlyn also has experience giving lectures on various topics including sport psychology, anxiety, depression, addiction, and academic success.

Her areas of speciality include working with athletes, anxiety, self-esteem, body image and eating disorders, women’s issues, life transitions, relationship issues, and addiction. Caitlyn is also trained in Animal Assisted Therapy, and often brings her co-therapist, Toby, to the office.

As an equestrian who has competed successfully at both the local and national level, Caitlyn understands the unique challenges and obstacles athletes face. Not only in regards to enhancing performance, but also in life. Caitlyn can help athletes in a variety of areas including performance enhancement, decreasing anxiety, coming back from injuries, learning to bounce back from mistakes, body image issues, time management, and more.
