is the host of the YouTube Cooking/Lifestyle channel Cait, Straight Up! Receiving over 100K views in its first two months, Caitlin is thrilled with the her new found family on YouTube and is excited to cook up their favorites! Self trained, or shall we say Italian Family trained Chef, Caitlin aims to share her joy & passion for cooking to all level chefs. Her motto, cooking should be fun! Caitlin resides along the shores of New Jersey, loves Red wine, the New York Giants and the New York Rangers. She's a proud puppy Mom to her adorable Shitzu Bocci, wife to her college sweet heart, Jonny and daughter/sister/sister-in law to her awesome parents, Janet & Joe, siblings, Ashley & Kyle, & bro in laws Todd & Drew.
