Semi-retired and love to bake!!! I had a brain anueryism 3-1/2 years ago and made a wonderful recovery. At that point, I decided it was time to make changes. I moved to Las Vegas, somewhere that I had always wanted to live, and went to part-time employment when I reached 62. I have always loved to bake and everyone says, "you should open a place"!!
