Cake Your Day Special is the combination of everything Amy loves in life…. Dealing with the public, being a current customer service representative, a former events coordinator, kitchen enthusiast and mother of two wonderful grown kids to cake designer and baker. Not formally trained in cake designing, she has a slightly offbeat, non conventional, learn as you go mentality…. and as a person who is quick to dream, laugh and do, jumping in head first with a positive attitude and smile is everyday for her. When not obsessing about all things cake related, Amy loves to spend time with her better half and family and friends.
