Since 1998, I've led EXHIBITRECRUITER®. We advise exhibit design + build firms, experiential marketing agencies, and live event organizations on making high-stakes hiring decisions with confidence. Our role is to bring clarity, market context, and disciplined judgment to searches where fit, timing, and credibility matter.

For clients, we operate as an extension of the leadership team. We validate role scope, challenge assumptions, and run focused searches designed to reduce hiring risk, particularly at the senior and client-facing level, where mis-hires quietly erode margin, strain client relationships, and slow growth.

For candidates, we work with professionalism and discretion. Opportunities are vetted, communication is direct, and engagement is purposeful. We only introduce roles where there is real alignment, because trusted candidates lead to better hiring outcomes.

Our focus is intentionally narrow: Exhibit Houses, Event and Experiential Agencies, and Executive Search within live marketing services. For decades, we’ve built our reputation on industry depth, selectivity, and an obsessive commitment to fit.
