I am currently leading labor negotiations for the Pleasanton Unified School District (Certificated). I also am consulting with the Sulphur Springs Union School District in Santa Clarita as Program Manager for the construction of two classroom buildings at two separate school sites.I provide them guidance with a variety of issues related to developer fees.
