Caleb Benningfield

My name is Sergeant Benningfield, your local Marine Corps Recruiter. I went to Marine Corps Recruit Depot Paris Island in August 2017 where I earned the Title of United States Marine. My first unit was 1st Battalion, 10th Marines, India Battery, where I had the privilege of deploying to Okinawa, Japan to conduct training with Japan’s military. While in Japan, I was able to hike Mount Fuji, explore Tokyo, Yokohama, Okinawa and many other fascinating places Japan has to offer. After 1st Battalion, 10th Marines, I went to Marine Wing Support Squadron where I was the Maintenance Management Chief for 1 year. Following MWSS 274 I went to 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion where I was the Dispatch Chief. I coordinated logistics and transportation of supporting assets and supplies to 4 different companies, directly influences in the effectiveness of the unit.

Now, my career has brought me here. I am based out of Louisville, Ky. I grew up in Campbellsville, Ky and this is my way of giving back to my home community. My role out here extends further than being a recruiter, I will do everything I can to be an ambassador, influencer and good role model to the community that I serve.

I am a husband to a wonderful wife that supports me. We enjoy doing multiple things together. We go to church together, ride motorcycles together, raise chickens, go fishing and hunting.
