Caleb is a teacher with the Lambton Kent District School Board, specializing in computer studies, music, special education, leadership, and technology. He is a SMART Exemplary Educator and a Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator.

As its founding president and Executive Director, Caleb leads the registered charity Canadian Pentecostal Library / Bibliothèque de la Pentecôte du Canada.

Caleb is also an ordained minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada and occasionally works as a graduate teaching assistant for Master's Pentecostal Seminary.

Caleb has published historical research in peer-reviewed academic journals relating to the history of Pentecostalism in Canada, and has presented historical papers at conferences and symposia. He has co-edited a textbook on Canadian Pentecostal history using primary source archival materials, and has contributed several biographical encyclopedia entries about historically notable Canadian Pentecostal people.
