Caleb Murphy

Hi, my name is Caleb.

I like to do a lot of things, but helping people is one of the most rewarding things I do. And I'd love to talk about helping the people who work with your company.

I spent years in a call center for a bank where I was promoted after 13 months. I was also on the team that launched the bank's first chat feature.

There, I learned how to troubleshoot technical issues, help folks with their accounts, and I developed tactics for staying patient and empathetic toward upset customers.

As a freelance copywriter, I've honed my writing skills, clear communication, and client-centric mentality. And I've gotten to promote some really cool brands and ideas in the process.

As a musician, I share my music with people in hopes that it will resonate with them. I've also helped thousands of my fellow musicians through my blog, Musician With A Day Job (WordPress icon below).

I live in Austin, Tx., with my wonderful wife and two rambunctious kids.
