Cali Mortenson Ellis

I have B.A. in economics from Bates College and an M.P.P. from the University of Michigan Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy. Prior to joining the Ph.D. program, she worked at the RAND Corporation, the Homeland Security Directorate of the Michigan National Guard, and the Michigan Governor's Office. My academic interests are primarily in security issues, including empirical international relations and US homeland security policy. She has published in the Journal of Applied Security Research (2008) and PS: Political Science & Politics (2012).
