I represent Callbox and chase potential clients and interested prospects from various sales and marketing channels; Identify areas of improvement in the team with regard to sales efficiency through market analysis and extensive research; Keep up to date on market trends and create new vertical markets to develop new accounts; Act proactively to create opportunities for new business with existing customer; Identify and investigate growth opportunities for Callbox; manage direct reports and other inside sales resources as assigned; Sell and market Callbox services and reach lead and revenue quotas; assist in reducing the noise of bad leads for a better pipeline conversion; Track personal and team sales report statistics and check on pending leads for faster status delivery; integrate various lead generation approaches to supplement the current strategy and increase close ratio; Work with the team leader to develop plans to increase sales group performance in coordination with the Senior Sales Executive
