Callie Burton

Hello, I’m Callie. I’m a BSc Hons Food Science and Technology student living in Nottingham. The food industry has always been a massive passion of mine and choosing this degree was to deepen my pool of knowledge further.

My future aspirations are to be part of the industry, i have much interest to the consumer nutrition and health aspects of food which is a category i definitely want to pursue in the upcoming future.

This degree so far has taught me many things, one thing is the learning of the scientific aspects of food and how widely ranged it is. It adds to my passion as i now undertand how vast the industry is and thrills me to one day be apart of it.
