Callista O'Connor

Hi! I’m Callista, and I am a horticulturist from Evanston, Illinois. I earned my undergraduate degree in evolutionary biology at Princeton University, where I participated in numerous ecological studies around the world. My experience with marine biology and love for growing plants has inspired me to join my two passions and study hydroponics. I attended graduate school at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, and earned my second degree in horticulture biology. I am a strong believer that horticulture practices have a huge effect on global environment issues, specifically global warming. My mission is to develop sustainable horticultural and agricultural practices that can be used by all growers around the globe to better our world.
