I’m a Sales & Marketing professional living in the Seattle, Washington area. I am a fan of technology as applied to the traditional trades including creative professionals. I admire the evolution of digital fabrication and open source manufacturing for its ability to level the manufacturing playing field. I believe digital engagement provides business opportunities though channel disruption and obsoleting linier communication paths. I have experience in specialty hardware and materials that includes a understanding of product manufacturing, wholesale distribution and product development. I am active in social media (business oriented) and have established multiple digital touch points for both my own educational benefit and to stay current with digital branding strategies. I have a unique respect for the traditional tradesmen while also having a passion for leading edge technology which will affect them such as additive manufacturing and the "Internet of Things". I love the outdoors in all seasons and walk, hike, kayak and snowshoe whenever I get a chance.
