I am Manan Shah.By profession I'm a chartered accountant.Presently I'm running a c.a. firm in which I handle Project finance,Auditing,Taxation and company law matters.

In finance I look after the procedural aspect as well as checking the feasibility of the project through various models, also to get my clients finance in a cost effective manner.

For tax related matters we do tax planning, return filling and appellate matters.

Also we look after tds related work for our clients.

In auditing we do Internal audits,stock audits and statutory audits.
