I am currently a student at Algonquin College enrolled in Small and medium Business Enterprise Management. Recently, I opened a small business making gluten free baked goods within my home. I also have a part-time job as a package handler at Fed Ex.

About three years ago I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and noticed a steady increase for the need of gluten free products. After College, I look to register my business in the gluten free industry. My previous experiences include construction and customer service.
