Cameo Lutz

My name is Cameo, named by my parents after the jewelry, not the funky 80’s band. I’m a 27 year old fitness enthusiast and yoga instructor. Described by others as contagiously optimistic and a natural leader, I have abundance of patience and a deep love for people. With a passion for learning and self growth, I possess a powerful appetite for variety and an eagerness to explore new things. As both a traveler and a nester, I am diverse, ambitious, and diligent. A big sister and a dog lover, I’m innately warm, loyal and compassionate. I identify with being an artist and consider myself to be passionate, sensitive and creative.

Open minded with a healthy dose of skepticism, I take a scientific and non dogmatic approach to yoga, nutrition and fitness. From personal experience with depression, obesity and self neglect, I am empathetic and offer an inspirational message. Voted the Biggest Klutz by my High School graduating class, I strive to relay the message that yoga is for everyone. Having suffered a serious ankle injury, I understand that all skeletal structures are unique and have entirely different ranges of motion. My objective is to help motivate people of all shapes, sizes and abilities to love and nurture our bodies and minds. Although I am new to teaching, my technique is challenging yet accessible. I am skillful and approachable, fun and tenacious and simply love yoga.
