Born in Fort Worth, Texas, Cameron Blackmon has over 15 years of experience leading major infrastructure and technology projects in energy, cryptocurrency, and industrial services. He is the Chief Technology Officer at Rhodium Enterprises, a digital asset technology company that uses proprietary systems to self-mine Bitcoin. In this role, he manages networking, software development, and systems administration teams while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. His leadership emphasizes efficiency, accountability, and the successful execution of large-scale technology operations.

He also serves as Managing Partner at Imperium Investments, a private equity fund focused on monetizing energy through Bitcoin mining. His strong construction and project management background adds further depth to his leadership approach.

Before his current position, he and his brother co-founded Immersion Systems after leaving their family’s business, BMS CAT/Blackmon Mooring. The idea originated during their mining operations in Texas, where they designed the system out of necessity. As the innovation gained recognition among peers and competitors, they established Immersion Systems to meet industry demand. The company focused on price, quality, and customer service, offering customized cooling kits and hands-on support during installation to ensure smooth deployment and performance.

During this period, he also served as Managing Partner at Palladium Mining Partners, an investment group specializing in large-scale Bitcoin mining. The team completed over 1,200 projects valued between $5 million and $7 billion, with successful exits exceeding $300 million.

Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade in leadership roles at BMS CAT/Blackmon Mooring, where he managed national operations and major recovery programs.
