I am an emerging urban sociologist completing my PhD in Sociology at Michigan State University. I currently reside in Atlanta, Georgia, conducting research at the intersection of youth culture, urban ecology, and municipal governance to understand how a local government initiative engages young people and, conversely, how young people respond to this initiative.
