I love real estate and have been an investor since 1993. I also teach students how to invest in real estate. You may have seen me on stage or at one of my events. My main focus is in foreclosures.

As a real estate investor, I see first hand what challenges people face who are both on the buying end and selling end of real estate. I've always been a person who likes to solve problems and so I've developed several tools that make the investing experience easier.

I also love to fly. I have 2 airplanes... one that goes fast so I can get to where I need to be and another that is much slower but a ton of fun.
