I will run my first-ever half-marathon after completing the 5K last year!

I am running this half-marathon for a few hours on a single day in honor of those women who collectively have to walk 200 million hours each day to collect water for their basic needs.

I'm sold out to God and my family, and I'm a sucker for a good card or board game with friends and family. I have a thing for polka dots; it's a long story. You can read about it in my book—When I Die: On Being, Living, and Having the Last Word. One day, I'd like to run away to an island in the sun and surround myself with live music, but in the meantime, there's too much to do for that.

Friends describe me as "intentional" and "focused," a pretty classic Enneagram 1, but you ought to see me on one of my sarcastic, feisty "don't mess with me" days.

Come to think of it, there are a lot of those days...
