With a record of achievement in creating strategies that align social consciousness with business objectives, Camilo devoted his career to delivering solutions for sustainable food sources across the globe. Focused on renewability, resilience, health, equity, diversity, inclusion, and interconnectedness, he ensures that economic, social, and environmental bases to improve food security and social wellbeing are uncompromised. Via strategic leadership, an international perspective, and a commitment to driving ongoing change, he has guided companies in their transformation, operational improvement, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. His core contributions lie in the following areas:

Strategic Advisory: Advise and serve as an expert on creating brand value and driving growth via partnerships with major distributors, retailers and food service providers.

Business Transformation: Led the creation of Turbana Europe to import bananas into the European market, resulting in 20% sales increase in Eastern and Western Europe upon the fall of the Berlin Wall. Cultivated joint partnerships in Latin American and Africa on behalf of Sakon LLC, fueling business growth.

Team & Talent Development: History of establishing and inspiring high-performing teams and creating cultures rooted in accountability and performance excellence. Committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and global workforce development.

Environmental Sustainability: Developed sustainable farming methods to conserve soil and protect water sources while improving global food security.

Entrepreneurship: Founded Infinite Herbs and scaled the company from its start to having today more than 250 employees and generating a substantial net return for shareholders with almost zero debt.

Board Leadership: Contributed to the boards of Turbana Europa, Netherlands; Agrifim de Colombia S.A., Colombia; Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario, Colombia and advisor to Green Path Food, Ethiopia.

Operational Excellence: Created partnerships in Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, and Colombia for Apex Global Internet Services [AGIS]. Established sale strategies in Italy, Saudi Arabia, the Balkans, Japan and Korea, and procurement in Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Martinique on behalf of C.I. Unibán S.A.
