Co-authored reports and thought pieces, including The Impact of COVID-19 and Oil Price Declines on Oil Sensitive Office Markets, Industrial: The Recession-Proof Asset Class?, Six Years of Spec Could Leave Five to Seven on Deck (2016), Texas Triangle Office Markets: 60 Degrees of Separation (2016) and One Forecast Doesn’t Fit All Commercial Real Estate Sectors: What’s Ahead for Houston in 2016.

Member of the Salesforce Leadership Team and the Sales Management Process Team at CBRE. Worked closely with the Vice President of Sales Management on the Occupier Pursuit Briefing, an in-depth research report on the prospective company, including the c-suite executives, the industry, and a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats).

I co-founded the Commercial Real Estate Research Forum (CRERF) in 1988 to provide research professionals with an opportunity to network and promote professional development. CRERF is a Houston-based professional organization with over 100 members and has contributed significantly to improving the quality of research and data collection in Houston’s commercial real estate industry.

Collaborated with the executive team to become the first local commercial real estate firm to track and report sublease and future available space. Enabling our clients with more options and negotiation power resulting in cost savings.

Designed, developed, and managed websites, including MomsMaterial and CyberSafeFamily, which were featured blogs on Lifetime Network. This resulted in social media campaigns (Chevy), brand awareness, building an online community, speaking engagements, and being featured in the local news and morning show.
