I love it when the whiteboard is full, and there's nothing to do with "tax" on it. That means that the systems have taken care of tax, and we've devoted a whole meeting to growing a business owner and a business. I've been fascinated by how businesses work for as long as I can remember...they are amazing intangible "things" that somehow arrange people and resources to transform opportunities into reality.
