Task groups are one of the group therapy options available at the Canadian Center for Addictions facility. Task groups have a clear objective and address both process and content issues. In the sessions, addictions are encouraged to cooperate with one another and build mutual respect. All conflict is addressed in the sessions in a healthy manner.
