Can started his advertising career in 2001 at TBWA after he was refused to be hired by his father – also an agency owner of one of the oldest agencies in Turkey. After working undercover for many years at TBWA, he landed at his family shop; Çözüm in 2006.

The agency became one of the Top 5 independent agencies in Turkey winning local and international awards at Effies, New York Festivals, Epica and One Show becoming the 2nd agency to ever win a “Pencil” award out of Turkey.

In 2014, a majority stake of Çözüm had been acquired by TBWA\ and Omnicom Holding and he’s back where he started after 16 years.

He also acquired shares and became a partner at the Integer Group, one of the world’s largest retail and shopper marketing agencies operating under TBWA.

He is still a shareholder and CEO of the new agency entitled Being\Çözüm and Integer Group. Under his leadership the agency is serving a portfolio of blue-chip clients with 80+ people. He is an executive member at the TBWA Group Turkey.

He is a recent graduate of the Omnicom University; an educational initiative led by Harvard Business School and IESE Business School bringing together Omnicom leaders.

He served as a board member at the Turkish Advertising Agencies Association between 2011-2012, one of the youngest people to be elected to the Board. He is a fluent traveler, loves winter sports, running, music and art.
