After being out of school a long time I thought that this time would be a quality use of time while I become healthy from leukemia. Takes determination, a wonderful Oncologist, & a strong Faith. In just 2 years I will have earned my Master's Degree. I was at a College Graduation ceremony some years ago where I witnessed an awesome event. A blind gentleman in his 90's received his Masters. It's Never too late. I thought of that man later & thought how accomplished he must have felt. I do wish I had done this years ago but I was just too busy. I travel & give speaking engagements on living & learning with leukemia & how this disease will one day not exist with ongoing clinical trials. I am constantly evolving. I am an avid learner. Imperfect.Trying to learn from my mistakes and to be a better person. Life is education in itself. They say to never regret anything that made you Smile....Hmm
