Candace Amos

Candace Amos is a writer, reporter and social media editor/blogger with a passion for fashion, beauty, news, music and celebrity entertainment. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Livingstone College in Salisbury, NC in 2007. With little to know experience in the journalism industry, she landed her first gig with the New York Post after performing an impromptu interview with one of the paper's top photo journalists. She is also the creator of her own fashion blog called La:Dolce:Vita. She followed her passion by first interning as a Lifestyle Intern for Working Mother Magazine, an Editorial Intern at Zink Magazine, and finally an Editorial Internship in the fashion department at Time Out New York magazine. Candace Amos is a deeply passionate person and strives to put her all into any endeavor. She is a lover of culture, a constant knowledge seeker, and has a deep interest for public service and concern for the world around her. Candace is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated and the National Association of Black Journalists.
