B.A. in Non-Profit Administration, Minor in Women's and Gender Studies. M.Ed. in Counseling and Personnel Services with a concentration in Higher Education. Certificate in Non-Profit Leadership, American Humanics Management Institute. Member of American College Personnel Association (ACPA). Ten years of professional experience, including public relations, program/event planning, developing new programs, diversity initiatives, organizational development, career development, training and development, and leadership. Have researched and conducted studies on issues of first generation college students, effects of the impostor syndrome in women and first generation students. Have presented several professional presentations on issues such as diversity, LGBTQ issues, professionalism, personal branding, resume and interviewing skills, effective communication, non-verbal communication, and women in leadership.
