Candace Pulliam is a Texas Realtor® in Southeast Texas with American Real Estate, ERA Powered. Specializing in residential properties, she works with both buyers and sellers.

A native Texan born in Austin Texas, Candace graduated from Nederland High School in 1989. After high school, Candace attended the Dental Assisting program at Northwest Community College in Houston, Texas. After graduating, Candace started her journey in the dental field working as a Certified Dental Assistant. Candace soon aspired to expand her career in dentistry and was accepted into The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, School of Dentistry and graduated in 1997 from the Dental Hygiene program. Candace has worked as a hygienist for 25 years. Building relationships and a rapport with the public was Candace’s favorite part of being a dental hygienist. She learned to hone her interpersonal and professional skills required to communicate, care for and understand her patient’s wants and needs.

With a continued passion to help people, Candace changed her career and earned her Texas Real Estate license. As a member of The National Association of Realtors, Texas Realtors, and Mid-County Board of Realtors, Candace is proud to serve her clients through a higher standard and Code of Ethics required by the National Association of Realtors. While she continues to elevate herself in on-going real estate continuing education classes and knowledge of the current market, Candace believes her clients deserve personalized, customer service.

Her favorite pass time is hanging out with her daughter and family. Along with family time, Candace loves outdoors, gardening, fishing, exercising, cooking, reading and loving her fur baby Chloe'.
