Candace Sams

A member of various professional authors’ organizations, including Romance Writers of America, Inc.; the Futuristic, Fantasy, and Paranormal Special Interest Chapter of the Romance Writers of America; Author’s Den; and the Celtic Hearts Romance Writers chapter of Romance Writers of America, Candace Sams provides her readers with frequent publications of novels, e-books, and novellas in these genres.

Working in the paranormal/fantasy/action-adventure sub-genres of romance fiction, Candace Sams provides some of her titles as free downloads from her website (www.candacesams.com), and many of her books are published as e-books. The website also offers “teasers” and reader reviews for many of her novels currently in print.

One of Candace Sams’ more recent novels, Electra Galaxy’s Mr. Interstellar Feller, received several awards, including a finalist award as one of USA Book News’ Best Books. With a writing career spanning over a decade, Sams also earned many best new author mentions early in her career from various organizations dedicated to her genre of fiction. Knowing she would not be successful without the ardent support and following of her readers, Candace Sams considers it her role as a writer to provide quality fiction for them.

For enthusiastic genre fans, Candace Sams will be appearing at the 2011 MOBICON XIV – Mobile, Alabama’s science fiction convention. Sams will be paired with actor Ethan Phillips for a panel discussion. When not writing or researching upcoming works, Candace Sams supports her local Mobile SPCA, enjoys gardening, and going to the flea market. Also an accomplished martial artist, Candace Sams is the senior woman on the US Kung Fu team and holds several international martial arts titles.
