As a grad student in Marketing/Public Relations, working with About.me would provide a great foray into the world of marketing. I am currently editing for a first-time novelist while managing the promotion of his book via various social media platforms and a site that I designed. I also promote my own blogs, two of which I designed and maintain, through social meda as well.
