Candice M. Yorke, Ph.D., CPCC, ACC
I am a global organizational development executive and internal coach at Ingram Micro, a Fortune 100 company. During my 15+ years of professional experience, I have drawn on my expertise in talent management and organizational development to help individuals, teams, and organizations be more effective.
I am also an entrepreneur with a calling. I am wildly passionate about helping individuals lead (themselves and others) more effectively and live more passion-filled, purpose-driven lives. For this reason, I have launched Yorke Coaching and Consulting, a boutique business, specializing in executive, leadership, and career coaching.
I hold a Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University, a B.A. in Psychology (Summa Cum Laude) from Florida International University, the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) credential from the Coaches Training Institute, and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation.
I serve on the 2015 Board of the International Coach Federation (Orange County Chapter) as the Secretary and VP of Membership.
My passions include architecture, art, theatre, dance, and travel. I am also an avid fan of jazz and blues music. Born and raised in the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago, I now live in Orange County, California, with my husband, Eugene, and two rambunctious cats, Zoya and Skywalker.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?” - Marianne Williamson
