With over ten years of experience in working with people over the phone and in person resolving technical issues, I believe my technical background, attention to detail, and proven communication skills would be an asset to any company in need of a Technical Support Specialist.
During my career at Autodesk, Inc., my primary responsibility was to ensure that all corporate computers, software, telecommunications equipment and communications links were available and working properly for employees to perform their jobs. I provided support for highly technical customers as well as executives and support staff.
The feedback I have received from both customers and coworkers is that I am able to resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently and to the satisfaction of the customer. In my position as the only onsite technical support technician for over 200 customers, both onsite and remote, I enjoyed the mix of working independently as well as part of a remote team.
