After working in Argentina, Chile and Colombia, senior video editor Matias Canelson moved to Miami to start working at Right Cut Media, an editorial postproduction boutique focused on promos and commercials for the hispanic and general markets. His reel includes work from brands such as Ford, Fiat, MTV, Claro, Bimbo, Dish, Movistar, Discovery Networks, FPL and much more.

Canelson began his career 17 years ago at CuatroCabezas (recently bought by Time Warner) followed by Endemol, two of the most prestigious production companies in Argentina. He created award winning shows for local prime time television and international broadcasting networks. Before moving to the states, he worked at Cinecolor, the largest postproduction house in Latin America with offices in Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Brasil and México.

His latest major work is “República del Color” a documentary about the history of Dominican Republic’s visual arts alongside the events that defined its master artists.
