Born in San Juan, Trinidad, West Indies on January 25, 1941 of Chinese, French, East Indian and Irish parentage. Lived in Bourg Malatresse, Lower Santa Cruz, attended St. Mary's College, migrated to New York City in 1961, lived there for 16 years, have two children, Roger Peter Lee, Tasha Simone Lee.

Migrated to Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Scarborough) in 1976 and have been at same address for past 37 years.

Worked for Canadian Tire Corporation as Main Frame Computer Manager (4 years), worked for Bank of Nova Scotia for 23 years, retiring in 2004. Last eight years worked as a Technical Specialist International Systems, Cashstop ABM machines hardware and software support for the entire Caribbean.
