Chongying Cao, PHD, R&D; director of IGRS Engineering Lab Ltd., technical expert of ISO/IEC and standardization administration of the people’s republic of china (SAC), technical manager of IGRS standard working group, committeeman of pervasive computing technical committee and Young Computer Scientists & Engineers Forum (YOCSEF) of China Computer Federation (CCF). Dr. Cao has researched and developed the related systems in many companies. Dr. Cao devotes himself into the research work of digital home, network management, MPLS, WCDMA, service convergence, cloud computing, etc. He has applied more than ten patents, and published several academic articles searched by SCI and EI.
