Joe Rodgers is the proud owner of Capital Decorators Ltd in Wellington. As a master painter, he has been actively contracting as a tradesman decorator and painter since undertaking his apprenticeship 40 years ago.

Over the years, Joe has witnessed the evolution of the painting industry. From Wellington painters mixing and tinting their own paint through the technical advantages of today, he has seen everything. He has served on the local Master Painter executive committee at all levels. Joe is also currently a life member at the Master Painters Wellington region.

Joe aims to improve the shop’s painting services by staying up-to-date with the latest developments. His experience and dedication is backed by a team of experienced painters, all reliable tradesmen. The entire company serves as a combination of Joe’s experience and dedication in the field.
