Mr. Ridgway started his professional career in business development at a local Series A funded startup and helped them launch their GRC technology into the IT security market. Although very thrilling, he would eventually be led towards more entrepreneurial endeavors. As a Director of Marketing for an emerging cryptographic currency, he was instrumental in growing its value over 3600% through positive PR and community sentiment, prior to exit. As a nutrition and fitness enthusiast, he grew a sales team from nothing to over 2,000 distributors in less than 6 months, selling millions in the nutritional market throughout all 50 states and 5 countries. Seeing entrepreneurs try to succeed while being under-capitalized inspired him to Co-Launch what is now Strategic Capital. In his free time, Ryan enjoys staying fit through hiking and yoga, traveling, spoiling his dog Romeo, and a good scotch & cigar.
