Hey, I’m Cara. I am the Captain and Scullary Maid of my home in Lethbridge, Alberta. I share my Captain duties with my husband Russ, and maybe I call him my laundry wench! Haha. Russ is such a talented woodworker that I am able to stay home with our two beautiful children, as challenging as that is some days. Our son was born April first and you sure can tell! Thankfully our daughter was born on a regular day in February.

I am a fan of arts, gardening, and camping. I’m also interested in astronomy, animals, cooking and baking. My latest interest is in a wonderful company that can make an impact on so many lives and has already changed my life for better! Imagine what it could do for your body and you ....
