I am a graduate of Emerson College with a degree in Marketing Communications. Emerson College gave me real-world experience working on marketing, branding, advertising, and public relations campaigns, as well as integrated marketing campaigns.

As a member of Emerson’s AAF team, I was part of a team that developed an integrated marketing campaign targeting multicultural young adults for Nissan and competed in the American Advertising Federation’s annual competition.

I have always loved travelling and experiencing new cultures. I had a dream to live and work abroad – and it became a reality when I was offered a position to teach English in South Korea. I pursued that dream and am now finishing up my year in South Korea. Before teaching in South Korea, I gained ample experience in various aspects of integrated marketing from internships in college, as well as my first position out of college:

• Assistant account executive at Marketing Partners, Burlington, VT

• Full-time marketing internship at Keppler Speakers, Washington, D.C.

• Summer social media internship at Likeable Media, Boston, MA

Interests: • Traveling (I have traveled in 12 countries in Europe and four in Asia) • Reading (non-fiction, biographies, historical fiction, fantasy) • Movies (all subjects except horror, including foreign films and Korean Drama) • Languages (studied French, American Sign Language; currently learning Korean) • History (strong interest in British royalty, especially the reign of Elizabeth I) • Culture (I love exploring and learning about different cultures) • Walking
