Hi! I work as a learning support assistant in the ESOL (English for speakers of other languages) at City of Glasgow College in the UK. I'm currently working with the British Council's Active Citizens project which aims to create social enterprises and social action projects with sustainable goals. My project is to create Skills Share event for ESOL students to develop and teach their skills in arts,sports,beauty, business etc. and meet with students studying in these disciplines. This is a networking and communication opportunity for students to engage in real life learning. I am happy to meet anyone with experience of similar projects or who would like to join up with me to help in any way - I feel I can learn from everyone!
